Dear Readers,
I asked my children what I should call a blog about mystical things, kids, becoming a soulful parent and other things – and they said, unanimously, ‘mama magic’ (actually, the baby just said ‘ma’ and burped).
It shouldn’t be a surprise as that’s what we call that undefineable thing that a mother has that makes her unique and totally lovable to her young ones. So my children tell me – when in need of me - they want some ‘mama magic’ – and somehow it never fails to spring forth, bringing smiles where there were none and healing wounds real and imagined.
For the past 18 years since having my first baby to today as I enjoy my fifth baby girl, I’ve been seeking and trying out any and all methods (or madness!) to make life as a mother better, richer, more peaceful and fun.
This is a place of rediscovering the magic in every day, being a mother – and loving it (warts and all). Mama Magic is all about the magic in you – the magic that becoming a mother activates, and the magic of the world we can experience as Mamas.
Enjoy xxx

I’ve just read your latest blog entry, and honestly, its me talking to Me
Very cool, oddly disconcerting, slightly disturbing and profoundly….well, profound. Just that.
Lovely fotos of your lovely babies. I’ll come back to read up a little more of what’s here after the breakfast run. I have three little angels at the moment…
Beautiful Blessings
